I cannot view the Live Stream on my Apple device. I hear sound, but do not see a picture.

Using the browser Puffin usually solves this problem. Puffin can be downloaded for free in the App Store.

How do I reset my password?

RFDTV Customer Service will need to reset your password, please call 402-991-6290 between normal business hours of 8 and 5 cst Monday - Friday

How do I sign up?

Go to – on the right side of the screen you will see in Yellow/Gold “Country Club” – click on the colored tab and it will take you to a logon screen – go to the section that says “sign up today” – enter in the required information, hit enter and proceed in filling out the information. After you have completed all the information you will be able to log on.

What is the Cost for on-line Streaming?

The cost is $90 per year or $10 per month. You have the option to sign up for a single charge or automatic renewals.

Getting error of account expired – what does that mean?

There are two possible answers 1) your account shows an expired date which we can quickly update or 2) your credit card has expired, most likely the expiration date on the credit card has changed and we need to update our system and then update your expiration date.

What programs are available in the On-demand?

Most all programs are available, you can see the available programs in the Catalog’s drop-down menu.

Can I get Family Net on my Computer?

Unfortunately, it is not available at this time. It is something we are looking at doing but at this time, there is no timeline.

What Flash Player do I need?

Any player should work, but Adobe is probably the best one to use.

Can I view on a MAC?

Yes. You just need to have a Flash Player installed.

Can I view RFDTV on my iPad/IPhone?

Can I get a trial account set up?

Yes, we are able to give you one weeks trial, just call our Customer Service during normal business hours of 8 – 5 CT Monday thru Friday at 402-991-6290. Please note that RFD-TV reserves the right to block free trials during special events.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the content or my programs are not available?

We are willing to refund you at a pro-rated amount up to 3 months, if you signed up for a year's subscription. Monthly subscriptions have no refund available.
